PRESENT:Council Member Brooks Besley, Bernice Wilson-Kube; Mayor Edwin Keller.
STAFF:Treasurer/Clerk Ti-Lea Downing; Town Manager Willie Harper.
PUBLIC:Kim Steika, Dan Dart, and Mike Blake with The Virginia Tech Design Group, Tommy Runnett, Jimmy Dodd, David Stone, Ed Jarvis, and Jacylin O'Laughlin with The Central Virginian

The Virginia Tech Design group presented two conceptual designs for Walton Park. The different conceptual designs were discussed at length by attending persons. With the comments from the discussion the Design Group will prepare one conceptual design to present in December.
